What to bring:
An Apron. Clay and colors wash out easily.
Ideas. Visit Pinterest and come with some sketches and ideas to give yourself a starting point design style or color scheme.
A lunch if you need it. Roots farm Shoppe has a lovely wholesome menu if you get puckish.
Hand-building ceramic pots is a very rewarding and calming activity. Moulding soft clay into your very own creation. We will each create and decorate a pot to your liking using decorating slip and underglazes. We will bisque fire your pots when they are completely dry which can take a week in wet weather. thereafter we will glaze fire your pots to create a stoneware vessel that can withstand heat, all weather, water and obviously plants.
